Through relationship-driven care and meaningful collaboration, we aim to inspire growth, confidence, and community connection for every individual and family we serve.

Our Values
Compassion: Providing caring, person-centered support tailored to each individual’s needs.

Our History

Founded in 2017, RBC Support Services began by providing youth mentoring and enrichment programs that promoted life skills, personal growth, and community engagement.

As families’ needs expanded, so did our mission. Today, RBC offers a full range of individualized supports—from life-skills coaching and educational guidance to family relief and community inclusion—while staying true to our foundation of compassion, advocacy, and empowerment.
Our Commitment
At RBC, we recognize that every individual’s path is different. We’re committed to meeting people where they are, honoring their unique journey, and walking alongside them toward greater independence and confidence.
Advisory Council
Our Advisory Council brings together experienced leaders, clinicians, parents, educators, and community partners who offer valuable community insight and meaningful perspective to help strengthen service quality, support program development, and enhance the experience of the individuals and families we support.
